Speaker Biography
| Jonathan Dansie Discipline Leader, Digital Autonomy Systems Defence Science and Technology Group Jonathan Dansie is an Uncrewed Aerial Systems researcher at DSTG, currently leading the Digital Autonomy Systems team within Aerial Systems Autonomy in DSTG’s Platforms Division. This team develops digital capabilities to accelerate and scale UAS capability development and deployment, including interoperable reference architectures for UAS, simulation infrastructure and digital mission engineering. Jonathan holds Bachelor degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Computer Science, and has worked with Australian and International Defence organisations, in fields ranging from aerodynamics and simulation to aircraft flight testing and UAS capability development. |
