Simon Bartlett, a Swinburne-trained engineer, leverages 30+ years of global
experience to unite people and technology for meaningful change. A “facilitator” at heart, he specializes in Additive and Lean
Manufacturing, helping businesses transform operations, build strong teams, and achieve strategic goals through advanced
manufacturing innovation.
With over 30 years of experience in Design, Advanced Manufacturing, and Technical Sales, Simon Bartlett brings a
comprehensive understanding of product development and commercialisation across Europe, the Americas, and the Asia
Pacific region.
His career spans two key phases:
15 years as a Director and Business Owner, leading and growing successful ventures.
10 years as a Design and Development Engineer in the Automotive and Defense industries.
As Founder and Director of RapidPro and Objective 3D, Simon scaled a single-machine startup into Australia’s largest
commercial Additive Manufacturing Build Centre. This success was underpinned by four guiding principles:
