Anna Klis

Founder and CEO

ASAC Consultancy

Anna Klis is the Founder and CEO of ASAC Consultancy and the visionary behind the Wildu Aero Project, an emerging initiative designed to transform equitable access to healthcare in some of the most remote regions of Australia.

With over two decades of experience across public, private, and community health sectors, Anna has become recognised for leading clinical governance reform, strengthening remote service models, and improving health equity for communities most often left without equitable access to safe and culturally grounded care. Her work consistently centres on communities and regions experiencing the most enduring barriers to equitable access ensuring that change is not theoretical, but practical, sustainable and community-led.

Anna has supported high-risk and remote organisations to stabilise operations, build capability, strengthen accountability, and design care systems that respond to local priorities and community needs. She is widely respected for her ability to navigate complexity, build trust with communities, and translate reform into lasting improvement at the service delivery level.

ASAC Consultancy is a member of the Rural, Remote and First Nations Aged Care Service Development Assistance Panel (SDAP) under the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, providing national reform support to organisations across geographically isolated regions.

Motivated by a deep commitment to health equity, Anna continues to lead initiatives that strengthen culturally safe care, community voice and governance systems creating new possibilities for cross-sector collaboration where innovation and community priorities meet. Her approach offers a powerful platform for emerging technologies, research partnerships and social investment seeking real-world impact across regional and remote Australia.
