| James Kaminski Principal Aerospace Advisor Flight Next James is the founder of Flight Next and a leading professional with over 25 years of experience in the transport sector, including seven years at the forefront of ATM service innovation, AAM and UTM. His achievements include spearheading frameworks for AAM and leading the technical direction of Airservices Uncrewed Services Change Program. These efforts directly contributed to establishing a cohesive operational framework for Australia's UTM ecosystem. A testament to his data-driven design expertise, James's prior work delivered quantifiable results, including a 17% reduction in flight tracking distances by leveraging PBN solutions. With a Master of Science and Technology in Aviation from UNSW and qualifications in Instrument Flight Procedures Design, James actively contributes to global discussions related to AAM and UTM policy and standards. He is an active member of the AAus AAM Advisory Group and serves as Australia’s Head of Delegation for the ISO UAS Subcommittee. James is also a member of key industry groups, including ASTM and JARUS. |
