Matthew Harper is the CEO of the Aerial Application Association of Australia and a passionate believer in ensuring the education and knowledge required are available people and organisations to make sound decisions that support their ability to operate in uncertain times.  He has worked with organisations from charities to international bodies to improve organisational and social resilience through planning, training and exercising capability.  Matthew has qualifications in Engineering, Administration, Disaster Management as well as being a 2005 Churchill Fellow.
