Mori Hajizadeh is the Aviation Industry Engagement Manager at Industry Skills Australia, the newly established Jobs and Skills Council for the Transport and Logistics sector. He has extensive experience in Vocational and Educational Training (VET), aviation industry research, data collection, data analysis, and workforce development. His responsibilities include consulting with government and aviation industry stakeholders and drafting an annual Aviation Workforce Plan, which identifies the training needs and priorities of the aviation industry. This plan is updated annually and submitted to the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.
