With a background in mechatronics and systems engineering, I have worked in the defence industry for over a decade across the Air, Sea and Land domains. As an Engineering Manager in the R&D division of BAE Systems Australia, I lead multidisciplinary teams to develop cutting-edge solutions for our defence forces, ensuring strategic alignment and technical feasibility. I’m passionate about new tech, tackling complex challenges, agile development and driving projects from concept to reality.
