Julian Webber from Department 13 brings a wealth of operational and legislative experience with him, as prior to his tenue at Department 13, Julian was the head of drone and counter drone operations at the Australian Federal Police for about 12 years. During this period, he and his team deployed both Nationally and Internationally in support of operations. As the first head of counter drone operations, Julian was involved early in navigating the regulatory environment of counter drone and was one of the seminal authors of the training, tactics and procedures still used today by State and Federal Law Enforcement.
