Daniel Murphy

Test & Evaluation Specialist

Daniel is an experienced Aerospace professional with over ten years of experience across the Aerospace industry. His breadth of experience is predominately in the civil aerospace domain, as a test pilot for an Australian Manufacturer for an initial aircraft certification and on-going production flight test, operational flying and operations management for an Australian surveillance operator and has been lucky enough to support flight test on some of Australia’s defence aircraft. He has participated in development and engineering programs on fixed-wing, rotorcraft and both small and large UAS.   

Currently working in the Emerging Markets team for Nova Systems, Daniel is focused on enabling clients to develop and mature UAS technologies across multiple domains from Cybersecurity to Hydrogen Propulsion. He has a Bachelor of Aviation, Commercial Pilots License and has completed courses at the National Test Pilot School. He is also studying Mechatronic Engineering to partner with his Aviation industry experience to take on the upcoming technology-driven challenges for industry.
