Following the successful events RPAS in Australian Skies 2016 and RPAS in Australian Skies 2017 , AAUS is proud to be continuing this very important discussion within the aviation community.   Anyone interested in the RPAS industry and access to safe airspace should consider participating in this event. 

The event will be held over 2 days in March 2018 and will incorporate networking and exhibition aspects.

Event registration includes morning and afternoon tea and lunch.  Sponsors and speakers attend the conference dinner as the guest of AAUS.  Other conference delegates can choose to pay to attend the dinner.

There are many hotels and accommodation options in Canberra.   

Crowne Plaza is the closest hotel and has offered the following rates to delegates of the RPAS in Australian Skies conference:

  • Superior City View Rooms at $255 nightly
  • Deluxe Park View Rooms at $295 nightly

These are room only rates and non commissionable and apply to 12 - 15 March 2018.

A full Buffet breakfast in Redsalt restaurant is available for an extra $25 per person.

The contracted rates will be available until 05 March unless sold out prior.

Guests will be required to put down a credit card to secure the booking. This is merely a guarantee. Guests will be requested to settle their charges on arrival.

A 7 day cancellation policy applies meaning that any bookings cancelled or shortened within that period will be charged in full.

Parking is $21 per car per night or $30 for valet.

The hotel is 100% Non-Smoking. The guest cannot pay us a fee for smoking in the room as it is not permitted.

Please note that credit card payments incur a 1.5% fee for Visa/Mastercard and 3% for Amex/Diners/JCB, which will be added to the total amount payable.
